We advised Pesquera Exalmar S.A.A. on securing financing from Banco de Crédito e Inversiones, Miami Branch for up to US$24,500,000.00. The proceeds were used to repay the debt incurred by Exalmar under a Bridge Loan; and to refinance the company’s existing debts.
