His professional practice focuses on the design, advisory, negotiation and structuring of financing transactions, both on behalf of local and international financial institutions and on behalf of borrower companies or securities issuers. His experience includes syndicated loans, acquisition financings, public and private offerings of securities, investment funds, mutual funds and securitized instruments. He joined Miranda & Amado in 2010 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2022. Previously, he worked as an International Associate at White & Case in New York. He holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master of Laws from the University of Chicago. His native language is Spanish and he speaks fluent English.
