We advised Pesquera Exalmar S.A.A. on the execution of a syndicated loan for the amount for up to US$230,000,000.00. The transaction included the execution of: (i) a Loan Agreement with DNB Bank ASA, Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., Banco BBVA Perú, Banco Santander, S.A., Banco de Crédito del Perú, Banco Interamericano de Finanzas, and Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. – Interbank, as lenders; and DNB Bank ASA, as administrative agent; (ii) an Amendment to the Trust Agreement; and (iii) a Guarantee Agreement.
