We advised Complejo Agroindustrial Beta S.A. (Beta), as borrower, in connection with the financing for an amount of USD 60 million granted by Rabobank, Interbank, and BanBif. This financing represents the incorporation of tranches C and D into the total financing of up to USD 152 million.
