We advised Banco Santander, S.A. and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. as Lead Arrangers and Lenders, and Banco BBVA Peru, Banco BTG Pactual S.A. - Cayman Branch, Banco Interamericano de Finanzas, Banco Itaú Chile - New York Branch, Barclays Bank PLC, Goldman Sachs Lending Partners LLC, ICBC Peru Bank, and Scotiabank Peru S.A.A. as Lenders, in the financing granted to Agro Vision Corp and Agrovision Perú S.A.C., up to the amount of USD 380,000,000.00 through a Credit Agreement.
