We advised J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities Inc and Credicorp Capital Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A as dealers in connection to the offering by BCP of Subordinated Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Notes in an aggregate principal amount of U.S.$500’000,00. The notes were issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act.

Additionally, we advised J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities Inc and Credicorp Capital Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A. as dealer managers in connection to a tender offer launched by BCP of any and all outstanding 6.875% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2026 and 6.125% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2027 issued by BCP.
