We advised Bofa Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc, Credicorp Capital Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A. and JP Morgan Securities LLC in their condition as dealers in connection to Banco de Crédito del Perú's issuance of subordinated fixed-to-fixed rate notes for an aggregate amount of US$ 850 million. The notes were issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act. The original issue date is July 1, 2020 and the maturity date is July 1, 2030. The proceeds will be used for the repayment of outstanding subordinated bonds and other corporate uses.
