Laboratoria Talent Fest

The event will allow us to develop a digital solution for a legal challenge with the female talent of the prestigious social entrepreneurship.

In our first participation (2018), a squad from our law firm won the hackathon with a collective agreement management platform.

Miranda & Amado will participate in the eighth edition of the Talent Fest organized by Laboratoria to announce the benefits of working with female talent in the technology sector. The event is the beginning of the labor insertion of the young graduates of the renowned social start up.

The hackathon, which will take place on November 12th and 13th, consists of 36 intensive hours to work a real business challenge. Miranda & Amado, the only participating law firm, will work with a group of graduates from Laboratoria -squad-, assigning them a challenge of legal technology (legaltech) and working with them to solve it.

It should be noted that this is the second edition in which we participate in the Talent Fest. In 2018, the Miranda & Amado squad won the hackathon with a collective agreement management platform that streamlines the work of our work area. After that experience, the firm hired as a Front-End Developer a Laboratoria graduate that today is part of the Miranda & Amado digital solutions development team.

“At the firm we are convinced that technology opens up new possibilities to provide a better service to our customers. Participating in the Laboratoria Talent Fest allows us to move forward in our digital transformation process, provides a strong boost to legal innovation in the region and confirm the enormous potential of female talent in the technology industry,” said Felipe Gamboa, Director of Legal Innovation at Miranda & Amado.
