We gained recognition for our employee health and well-being program.

Our partner Nathalie Paredes was selected as “Gender Diversity Lawyer of the Year – Peru” in the Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Latin America Awards 2019, a recognition for which the renowned legal guide evaluated the performance of lawyers and firms from more than 20 countries across Latin America.

A professional committed to the comprehensive development of women in the legal profession, both inside and outside Miranda & Amado, Nathalie Paredes has led initiatives that further the recruitment and retention of female talent within the Firm.

“This recognition celebrates our commitment to foster gender equality both in the Firm and in Peru. We hope that our efforts at Miranda & Amado can be replicated in other areas to help build a more inclusive society,” said Nathalie.

Also, the Firm was recognized in the “Most Innovative Program for Employee Health and Well-Being” category, where we were named as “highly commended”.

We based our program on two pillars: Vida Sana, which promotes exercise, good eating habits and emotional balance, and Bienestar, which seeks to create more spaces in which the Firm’s lawyers and administrative staff can share with their families, and provide them with more benefits.

These recognitions underscore Miranda & Amado’s efforts to advance an inclusive and diverse professional environment that offers equal opportunities to men and women and enables both professional and personal development across the Firm.
