Lima, August 28, 2019.  Miranda & Amado announced that a new generation of young lawyers with extensive experience in Peru and abroad will lead its labor practice.

The firm reported that partner Eric Castro will take the lead in the labor practice, while Carlos Cadillo, Fernando Rodríguez and Luis Santa Cruz have been appointed to co-lead said practice, which will continue to offer specialized advice on issues such as collective bargaining, arbitration, inspections, occupational safety and health, organizational restructuring and immigration, backed by the firm’s multidisciplinary approach. Meanwhile, Sebastián Soltau will do the same in the labor litigation practice area. The team is also made up of other seasoned professionals, including Aracelli Morales, Carol Villalobos and Julio Villalobos.
