Miranda & Amado has counseled VINCI Highways S.A.S., company organized in France specialized in the construction industry, in the acquisition of Línea Amarilla S.A.C. (company organized in Peru and concessionaire-holder of  Proyecto Línea Amarilla), and PEX Peru S.A.C.(company organized in Peru and LAMSAC’s electronic toll collection operator), which was previously owned by Investimentos e Participacoes em Infraestrutura S.A. – INVEPAR and Linea Amarilla Brasil Participacoes S.A., both companies organized in Brazil. The transaction closed in December 20, 2016  and the value of the transaction is EUR 1.5 billion.
