Miranda & Amado assisted Canadian company Silver Mountain Resources in the acquisition of a controlling interest in Peruvian miner Sociedad Minera Reliquias, which owns a polymetallic mine and plant, as well as several other exploration prospects in the department of Huancavelica, Peru. The deal closed June 15, 2021and was carried out through a share exchange for a value of US$ 22.5 million. Shares in Silver Mountain Resources were delivered to the original Peruvian and non-Peruvian shareholders of Sociedad Minera Reliquias in exchange for their shares in Sociedad Minera Reliquias.
