Her professional practice focuses on advising on labor and social security issues, his advice includes issues of individual and collective law, prevention and management of labor disputes, safety and health at work, gender, equality and non-discrimination; as well as labor inspection procedures, judicial processes and labor audits to companies from various sectors. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2023. Previously, she served as an Associate in the Labor Area of Rubio, Leguia Normand in 2021 and an Associate in the Labor Services Area of PricewaterhouseCoopers Peru in 2022 and 2023. Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has a Second Specialty in Labor Law and Social Security; and, Master's studies in the same house of studies. She has teaching assistant for the courses of General Labor Law (2018), Collective Labor Law (2020), Cinema and Labor Law (2020); and, Ethics and Professional Responsibility (2022) at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
