ENRIQUE ARIAS

His professional practice focuses on labor relations and social policies. He has extensive experience advising private institutions in matters related to individual and collective labor relations management, labor administrative proceedings, inmigration law and social security, as well as in the design and implementation of socio-labor policies and laws in the public sector. He rejoined the firm as Associate of Miranda & Amado since 2021. Prior to that, he worked as Coordinator in the Technical Secretary of the Labor and Employment Promotion National Council. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Legal Advisor to the Vice Ministry of Labor office. From 2012 to 2017, he has served as Coordinator Lawyer of the General Directorate of Work in the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion of Peru. He was an Associate at Miranda & Amado from 2010 to April 2012. Enrique is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). He holds a Master in Social Policy, Work and Welfare from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. He has been a professor of the Globalization and Decent Work course in the Specialization Program in Labor Law and Social Security at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2020) and teaching assistant in courses of Labor Law in the same university (2008-2009). He is a native spanish speaker and he also speaks english.
