Her professional practice focuses in legal advisory in Labor and Labor Procedural Law. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2011. Aracelli holds a Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management from the Universidad del Pacífico. She has been a member of Asociación Civil Ius et Veritas. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
