His profesional practice focuses on Labor Law, Social Security, Occupational Health and Safety, Collective Bargaining, Mediation and Arbitration, Labour Inspections and Inmigration Law. He joined Miranda & Amado in 2013 and is currently a Counsel at the firm. Previously, he was Head of the Labour Practice at Gálvez Abogados Law Firm (2009 – 2013) and Head of the Labour Advisory Area of Soluciones Laborales at Gaceta Jurídica (2006 – 2009). He constantly participates in conferences regarding labour matters and is also the author of several books, including: “Manual de Fiscalización Laboral”, “Obligaciones Laborales del Empleador” and “La Extinción del Contrato de Trabajo”. Fernando is lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with an MBA in Global Business from A. B. Freeman School of Business of Tulane University (New Orleans, USA) and CENTRUM PUCP Business School from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (Lima, Peru). He has been President of Asociación Civil Derecho y Sociedad and his practice has been recognized by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, among other publications. He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
