Her professional practice focuses on legal advice in environmental law to private and public companies across a range of sectors, as well as administrative sanctioning law and regulation in natural resources, mining, energy and industry. She has been an associate of Miranda & Amado since 2023. Prior to that, she worked at Santivanez Law Firm (2021-2022) and at Rodrigo, Elias y Medrano Law Firm (2019-2021). Daniela is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) with Second Major Degree in Administrative Law from the aforementioned university (2021). She is currently a teaching assistant of “Environment, Natural Resources and Law” at the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). She is an actual member of WIN (Women In Energy) – SPE Lima and she has been a member of the Law Review "THĒMIS". She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
