His professional practice focuses on legal advice in civil, environmental, administrative and regulatory matters. He has extensive experience in the development and execution of infrastructure projects, land sanitation, acquisition of real rights for the execution of infrastructure projects and obtaining various permits in the industrial, mining, energy, health, agricultural and transport sectors. He has advised national and foreign companies in the industrial, mining, energy, health, agricultural and transport sectors in obtaining authorizations, due diligence processes, administrative sanctioning procedures, contractual administration, among others. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2023. Previously, he was an Associate at DLA Piper Peru (2020-2023). Hiroshi holds a law degree from the Universidad de Lima. His native language is Spanish and he is fluent in English.
