His professional practice focuses on regulatory advice, projects, energy and administrative law. He advises various clients in the energy sector, including the electricity, natural gas and hydrocarbons subsectors, participating in the development of projects through the identification of regulatory aspects to achieve their viability. In addition, he has experience in the pre- and post-operational phases, including relations with regulatory entities and third parties in all areas (permits, contracts, administrative procedures, bids, tenders, etc.). He joined the firm as an Associate in 2012. César is lawyer from Universidad de Piura, with complementary studies in Energy from Universidad ESAN. He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
