Her professional practice focuses on legal advisory services in labor law, immigration, and social security. She provides comprehensive guidance on the hiring of national and foreign personnel, termination mechanisms, salary planning, labor audits, outsourcing and labor intermediation, labor inspections, social security matters, and administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and the National Labor Inspection Authority. She also has extensive experience in managing immigration procedures for foreign nationals, as well as other formalities before the National Superintendence of Migration. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2015. Carol holds a law degree from the University of Piura and a master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization from the Business School of the University of Bologna, Italy. Her professional practice has been recognized by specialized publications such as Chambers & Partners. Since 2022, she has served as an assistant lecturer for the Labor Law II course at Universidad del Pacífico. Her native language is Spanish and she speaks fluent English.
