Her professional practice focuses on legal advice on labor law, immigration and social security matters. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2015. She counsels on national and foreign personnel hiring, termination mechanisms, compensations planning, social security, labor audits, outsourcing and labor intermediation, labor inspections and administrative procedures before Ministry of Labor, immigration matters and residence for foreign citizens and other procedures before the National Superintendence of Immigrations. Carol is lawyer from Universidad de Piura. Currently, she is Assistant Professor in "Labor and Tax Law" course at the Universidad del Pacifico. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
