His professional practice focuses on labor and employment law, occupational health and safety, and social security. He advises on both individual and collective labor law matters, including the management and defense of labor inspections before the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (SUNAFIL), as well as administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and Promotion of Employment (MTPE) and the Regional Directorates of Labor and Employment Promotion. He also advises companies on labor hiring structures, labor dispute management, labor audits, and the identification and management of labor risks related to third-party service providers. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2023. Andreé holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Second Specialization in Labor Law and Social Security from the same university. He also serves as a Teaching Assistant for the course Labor Law II (2023–present) at Universidad del Pacífico. He is a former member of Asociación Civil THĒMIS. His native language is Spanish, and he is fluent in English.
