His professional practice focuses on advising companies with mining, energy, agribusiness and infrastructure projects on matters related to protected natural areas, water resources and the process of obtaining environmental licenses, authorizations and permits from different government agencies. He has extensive experience representing and defending companies in the mining and energy sector in administrative sanctioning proceedings related to environmental matters. He joined Miranda & Amado in 2011 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2023. Previously, he worked at Estudio Grau Abogados (2010–2011) and Estudio Ferrero Abogados (2008–2010). He holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He completed a postgraduate program in Environmental Impact Assessment and Water Resources Policies at the Institute for Water Education – UNESCO-IHE, Netherlands (2015), and concluded his studies in the Master’s Program in Territorial Planning and Environmental Management at Universidad de Barcelona, Spain (2020–2022). He has been a member of the Asociación Civil Ius et Veritas. His native language is Spanish and he speaks fluent English.
