Miranda & Amado announces the appointment of Daniel Corzo and Luis Francisco Paz as partners

Daniel Corzo focuses his practice on providing comprehensive advice on real estate, civil and land registry matters, both in urban and rural contexts. He has extensive experience in the structuring of projects and in the negotiation of agreements related to acquisitions, financings and security arrangements for real estate, agricultural, agro-industrial, retail, mining and energy projects.

Luis Francisco Paz focuses his practice on civil law and wealth planning. His experience includes civil law matters in connection with transactions and dispute-resolutions, as well as the design of asset protection and wealth management structures, including estate planning trusts, family protocols and complex succession planning arrangements.
