We advised Scotiabank Perú S.A.A. and Banco Interamericano de Finanzas, as lenders, under the Medium-Term Loan Agreement for a maximum amount of S/ 285,000,000 in favor of Viettel Peru S.A.C. The proceeds were used for the refinancing of existing debt of the company.
