Legal advice to Mobiliare Perú S.A.C. in a “Sale & Lease” operation, regarding a property located in the district of Comas – Lima (Peru) with an extension of 14,433.30 m2, owned by the company Bebida Norte S.A.C. part of CBCgroup. The transaction consisted in the purchase of said property by Mobiliare Peru and, simultaneously, its delivery in lease in favor of its previous owner Bebida Norte, so that it continues with its operations.

The transaction involved legal advice in the preparation, negotiation and signing of different documents, considering the structure and requirements of the operation and of the parties involved.
