We advised Los Portales and Los Portales Departamentos, as borrowers, in the negotiation of the Comprehensive Amendment to the Loan Agreement entered into with the Corporación Interamericana de Inversiones (BID Invest), pursuant to which BID Invest granted to Los Portales and Los Portales Departamentos: (i) a committed and secured revolving working capital facility in Soles equivalent to up to US$ 20 million, (ii) an uncommitted secured senior loan in Soles equivalent to up to US$ 20 million, and (iii) an uncommitted and secured revolving working capital facility in Soles equivalent to up to US$ 10 million.
