We advised the shareholders of Refinería del Espino S.A. in the transfer of 90.55% of the shares representing the capital stock of Refinería del Espino S.A., which in turn owns 100% of the shares in the companies Industrias del Espino S.A. and Industria de Grasas y Aceites S.A., in favor of Alicorp Inversiones S.A.
