Inchcape, a London, UK-based car dealership operator, through Inchcape Chile, completed the acquisition of 100% of Dercorp CL from the Del Río family. The deal value was GBP 1.27bn.
The transaction is part of the agreement through which Inchcape and Derco combined their operations.
With the agreement, Inchcape will increase its presence in Chile, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia and, even, Africa.
