We advised Copeinca Canada Inc. as Lead Borrower and Cooke Holdings Peru S.A.C. as Additional Borrower in connection with a Loan Facility Agreement governed by New York law, entered into with DNB Capital LLC and Export Development Canada as Lenders, DNB Bank ASA, New York Branch, as Administrative Agent, and DNB Markets, Inc. as Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner, and Sole Coordinator.
