We advised Consorcio Eléctrico Yapay (CEY) and Consorcio Transmantaro (ISA CTM) as borrower and guarantor (respectively) of an equity bridge loan granted by a syndicate of banks up to US$ 345 million, in relation to TOCE-CEPI project, which entails the 500 kV Huanuco - Tocache - Celendin- Trujillo interconnection, expansions and associated substations & 500 kV Celendin - Piura interconnection, expansions and associated substations.
