We advised Banco Santander, S.A., as sole lead arranger and lender in connection with the second borrowing of the financing granted by them and BLADEX to Ransa Corp, S.L. and Ransa Chile SPA for the acquisition of Loginsa (Chile), in which different companies of Grupo Ransa participated as Peruvian guarantors.
