We advised Banco BBVA Perú and Banco de Crédito del Perú, in their capacity as lenders, in connection with a Medium-Term Loan Agreement granted to Agrícola Andrea S.A.C. for an amount of up to US$40,000,000.00, intended to finance (i) the repayment of Agrícola Andrea’s existing indebtedness; and (ii) CAPEX.
