We advised Banco BBVA Peru as issuer in (i) the tender offer of its subordinated tier 2 notes denominated "5.250% Subordinated Notes due 2029"; and, (ii) the issuance of subordinated tier 2 notes denominated "US$ 300,000,000.00 Subordinated Notes due 2034” under Rule 144-A and Regulation S of U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
