Advised Complejo Agroindustrial Beta S.A. in connection with the filing of the "First Commercial Papers Program of Agroindustrial Beta" for a total amount of US$ 100 million made through a public offering directed exclusively to Institutional Investors, and the First Issuance under such Program for a total amount of S/ 100 million. This is the Company's first securities issuance in the Peruvian stock market.
