We advised Intralot S.A. - Integrated Lottery Systems and Services in the transfer of 14,898,794 shares representing 20% of the capital stock of Intralot de Perú S.A. in favor of NG Entertainment Perú S.A.C. for an amount of USD 21,000,000. As a result of this transaction NG Entertainment Perú S.A.C. acquired all shares issued by Intralot de Perú S.A.
