We advised Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Citibank N.A. in connection with the syndicated loan of up to US$ 87’000,000, granted to Ajeper S.A., a Peruvian subsidiary of Grupo Embotellador Atic S.A., for the payment of existing debt of certain companies of the Aje Group. Subsidiaries of the Aje Group in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico and Peru participated as guarantors of the financing.
