Miranda & Amado Abogados has acted as deal counsel for the issuance of PEN 205 million leasing bonds by BBVA Banco Continental though a public offering in Peru made on October 26, 2016 under its Second Program of Leasing Bonds registered with the Peruvian capital markets agency. BBVA Banco Continental acted as arranger and Continental Bolsa SAB as placement agent.

The proceeds of the aforementioned offering will be exclusively used to finance BBVA Banco Continental’s leasing operations.

The offering received a total demand of more than US$ 284 million and the interest rate set for the bonds was 5.46875% (fixed).
