Minority shareholders of AUSA Aduanas S.A. and AUSA Operaciones Logísticas S.A. – companies in the logistic / customs sector – has sold 20% of each of the companies’ capital stock to Hyesan Investments, S.L. (majority shareholders). The transaction involved the renegotiation of some terms and conditions of the original share purchase agreement and the shareholders’ agreement.
