Financiera OH! S.A. registered its Fourth Negotiable Certificate of Deposit Programme with the Peruvian Superintendence of Capital Markets

Financiera OH! S.A. registered its Fourth Programme of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit with the Peruvian Superintendence of Capital Markets, for an amount of up to PEN 300 million. On December 15, 2016, the first issuance under the programme was placed through public offering for an amount of PEN 120 million. Miranda & Amado has advised Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. – Interbank, acting as the structuring agent for the transaction. The demand for the bonds highly exceeded the amount offered and finally placed. The interest rate was set at 6.96875%.
