Miranda & Amado Abogados has advised Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. – Interbank in its role as arranger for the issuance of PEN 60 million negotiable certificates of deposit by Financiera OH! S.A. though a public offering in Peru made on March 23, 2017 under its Fourth Program of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit registered with the Peruvian capital markets agency. Inteligo SAB S.A. acted as placement agent.

The demand for the negotiable certificates of deposit almost doubled the amount offered and finally placed. The interest rate was set at 6.65625%.
