Financiera OH! S.A. placed its first corporate bonds in Peruvian Stock Market

Financiera OH! S.A. registered its First Program of Corporate Bonds with the Peruvian Superintendence of Capital Markets, for an amount of up to PEN 500 million. On March 14, 2017, the first issuance under the program was placed through public offering for an amount of PEN 120 million and for a term of four (4) years from issuance. The proceeds of the placement will be used to finance Financiera OH! S.A.´s operations. The demand for the bonds highly exceeded the amount offered and finally placed. The interest rate was set at 7.6875%. Financiera OH! S.A. is an issuer in the local market of short term debt instruments, being this the first time Financiera OH! S.A. places debt securities with a term longer than one (1) year.
