Our partner, Nathalie Paredes, took part of the Private Equity panel at the International Conference on Mergers and Acquisitions in Latin America: Challenges and Best Practices in the Compliance Era, recently organized in Santiago by the Latin American Regional Forum and the Corporate, Acquisitions and Merger Committee of the International Bar Association, the most important Law organization in the world.

An expert in Corporate Law and M & A, Nathalie presented, together with other specialists, the latest regulatory changes in Compliance. Likewise, she commented on good practices and trends, among other aspects of that matter.
