We advised Compañía Universal Textil ("CUT") in the sale to Creditex S.A.A. of: (ii) certain machinery and equipment, certain agreements with customers and software, which comprise CUT's apparel business, for a total amount of US$ 1'300,000.00 (One million three hundred thousand and 00/100 Dollars); and, (ii) of a series of inventories comprising CUT's apparel business, for an estimated value of US$ 1'000,000.00 (One million and 00/100 Dollars).
