Miranda & Amado advised Alicorp S.A.A. in the acquisition of Tecnología Aplicada S.A., holder of 99.78% of shares by Intradevco Industrial S.A., manufacturer of home goods brands with high recognition in Peru and exports in Latin America such as Sapolio, Aval, Patito and Amor, for US$ 490.5 million. Indirectly, acquiring 100% of shares by Atlantis S.A. in Uruguay (manufacturer and distributor of Intradevco products in that country).
