Advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros S.A. in its role as arranger for the issuance of PEN 80 million negotiable certificates of deposit (First Issue – A Serie) by Banco GNB Perú S.A. The issuance was made through a public offering in Peru under the Second Program of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit of Banco GNB Perú S.A. registered with the Peruvian capital markets agency. Credicorp Capital Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A. acted as placement agent. The demand for the negotiable certificates of deposit almost doubled the amount offered and finally placed.
