- The Firm adds two outstanding female lawyers to fill new positions and consolidates its Corporate Area.

Miranda & Amado announces the appointment of Katherine Torres and María Pía Talavera as new counsels to the Firm’s Corporate Area. With an impeccable track record in Miranda & Amado, they currently serve as senior associates. Their appointments will become effective as of January 1, 2022.

Both are trained to lead highly complex projects and support the management of client relationships, while upholding the Firm's values. By providing top-notch legal advice, they manage not only to provide legal solutions to our client’s issues, but also to coordinate the consideration they require from other practice areas at the Firm, hence delivering the value proposition of comprehensive service offered by Miranda & Amado.

Katherine Torres focuses her practice on corporate reorganizations and on mergers and acquisitions, and provides counsel on corporate matters and commercial contracts.

María Pía Talavera focuses her practice on advising real estate investment funds and real estate developers on the design and execution of real estate business deals, and on corporate and commercial contract consulting.
