We advised Banco BBVA Perú, as arrangement, in relation to the inscription in the Superintendency of Stock Market (Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores - SMV) of the Second Program of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit (CDN) of Financiera Confianza S.A.A. for the aggregate amount of PEN 200 million and the First Issuance under the program.
