Her main professional practice is on the real estate, administrative and registry area. She has been an associate of Miranda & Amado since 2017. Prior to that, she was an associate lawyer at Estudio De La Flor, García Montufar, Arata y Asociados, actively participating in operations related to legal and physical titling of properties, titling studies, regularization of buildings, among others. Additionally, she worked as as Registrant in the Registro de la Propiedad Inmueble de la Zona Registral No. IX – Lima office (SUNARP). She has been an associate of Miranda & Amado since 2017. Jessica is a lawyer from the Universidad San Martin de Porres and holds a Master of Registry and Notary Law, from the same university. She has been a teaching assistant in the specialization course in Registry and Real Estate Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
