Claudia leads the Real Estate practice of the firm. Her practice focuses on comprehensive advice on real estate development in urban and rural areas, including legal physical sanitation, evaluation and negotiation processes in the acquisition of land and rights thereto, the necessary permits and licenses to undertake real estate projects and those related to their exploitation, the development of registration procedures, and the constitution of guarantees. Likewise, she participates in the design, negotiation, and execution of civil and commercial contracts, as well as in disputes related to her areas of expertise. She has advised companies involved in various matters within the real estate and land sector. A Partner since 2013, she joined the firm as an Associate in 2008. Before joining the firm, she was an Associate at Grau Abogados (1999 to 2008) and at Delfino, Pasco, Isola, Avendaño Abogados (1997 to 1999). Claudia is a lawyer from the University of Lima. She is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
