We advised Banco de Credito del Perú, as arranger, in the inscription of the "Second Program of Corporate Bonds and Short-Term Instruments Alicorp", for the aggregate amount of PEN 1,500,000,000 or its equivalent in United States Dollars, in the Public Registry of the Stock Market of the Peruvian Stock Market Authority (SMV).
